Tuesday night is Zumba night!! Zumba Fitness workout is enjoying and dancing to swinging and sultry Latin American dance music. This is not only good to improve our dance steps for when we go out on winter sports in the evening, but also very good for the condition. With Zumba you burn 1000 calories per hour!!!
