For the success of kite expeditions, there is more to it than just good control of the material. An excellent physical condition is equally important. We need to be able to kite continuously for 6 hours and more to make good progress during such expeditions. In addition to our indoor training in the HealthCity fitness center in Jette, where we train on the treadmill and other equipment, we also participate in jogging. On Saturday 5 June we ran the 10km in Wambeek. Our time, just arrived at 1 o'clock!
